Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to September 26, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to mwhcec@raybourn.com. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. The cancellation policy does not apply to Sponsorships.
